Wednesday

Breakfast with white rice and Laura Benedict:




Lunch was pasta with leeks and tomatoes, green beans salad and a stuffed pepper (plus a piece of bread) and a peach:







Dinner was melon and prosciutto (4 slices vs 5) and a pear.





It doesn't quite feel like enough (although, for the amount of excercise I had today, it is probably more than enough).
